GOOD TO KNOW

• Spiral staircase connects the 2nd level; the loft is reached by a short ladder. We don’t recommend this home for infants or anyone with mobility challenges.

• This is one of three completely separate units on the property. You’ll have your own entrance, deck, and interior spaces, plus shared access to the land, river frontage, fire pits, hammocks, walking paths, and canoes.

• The canoes are functional and we do have oars available. Just wanted to mention that accessing the canoe is a bit more of a rustic experience rather than a simple dock launch — there isn’t a built deck, so bringing it down to the water requires a little effort and comfort with uneven terrain/outdoor conditions.

This is 1 unit of a multi unit compound. All 3 units are totally separate and private with separate entrances on opposite sides of the compound .

Full access to the house. This is one unit of three adjacent but totally separate units. Guests have their own entrance, deck, garden and everything else (kitchen, bathroom, office). You also have shared access to the land, paths, fire pits, hammocks, canoes and Catskill River frontage.

Please note this unit has spiral stairs and three levels as well as a loft space second bedroom that is reached by short ladder steps. Not suitable if you have difficulty climbing or infants.
